This training programme is designed to provide and equip participants with appropriate skills and knowledge, confidence, devotion and attitude to become a professional caregiver in the home environment or in specialised institutions such as Clinics, Hospitals, Homes, Orphanages and institutions for the Disabled.
After successful completion of the training programme, caregivers will be able to deliver appropriate support, special attention and assistance to their recipients who may be individuals with special needs, the chronically ill or disabled.
Rs 10,000 per participant (HRDC refund applicable for companies).
Programme delivery will be in the form of face-to-face lectures with LCD presentation, case studies, Mauritius case-in-practice, basic exercises and practical sessions.
